THE PROCESS:

• Recruitment:

Firstly we work with you to create a job scope and position description. This is then passed to our recruitment partners and from an average of 200+ applicants we short list to 30 and conduct initial video interviews. Following which we shortlist 3 candidates for your review.

A fee of $500 is required to commence the hiring process. This is non refundable if you do not proceed but is credit to your account if a hire is completed.

• Onboarding:

Once you have completed your shortlist of video interviews and a preferred candidate is selected, we will arrange the relevant paperwork. this includes our engagement and other more practical pieces such as IT and software requirements. 

• Check-Ins:

We will then follow up with 1, 3 & 5 month check-in’s with your staff member and relay any concerns or queries to you. We provide a 6 month replacement guarantee. 

The important thing to remember is that the employee is 100% dedicated to you and your business. As such they need and want engagement on a daily basis. You need to liaise with them and assist with training in your business processes for them to become productive. 

All our staff have access to the YFD Bookkeeping Team for peer support and technical advice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All hires are full time.
• Minimum hire period is 12 months
• Payment Terms are 14 day following the start of the month
• Provision of Software, hardware and IT Support of your systems are at your own cost.
